I smooshed the first color ,<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/356it\">Distress Ink &#8211; Seedless Preserves<\/a><\/strong>, and spritzed it with water before using the plastic sheet to pick the color up. I concentrated the color in the upper left hand corner of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3055z\">Distress Water Color Paper<\/a><\/strong>. I repeated this process in a clockwise rotation. I left the panel to dry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While it was drying, I stamped this adorable ballerina from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/354h4\">Simon Says Stamp &#8211; Dance and Twirl Stamp Set<\/a><\/strong>. I stamped in <a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/33vwb\"><strong>VersaFine Clair NOCTURNE Ink Pad<\/strong><\/a> on <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/2yvmk\">Neenah Solar White 80 lb Card stock<\/a><\/strong> and then proceeded to cut the image out. At the same time, I used a sentiment from the set and stamped that on white paper. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After my background was dry, I used <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/34rji\">Distress Ink &#8211; Black Soot<\/a><\/strong> to create the splatter by smooshing it onto my media mat and adding a little water to it. I picked it up with a paintbrush and flicked it onto my panel. Then I let it dry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once it was dry, I added the panel to my card base using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/330wl\">Gina K Connect Glue<\/a><\/strong>.
