I have been quite a busy little crafter these days. I have for you today a clean and simple card using the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39oal\">Etched Frond Die<\/a><\/strong> (again!) but in a more classy, letterpress sort of feel way. This product is from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/38ue0\">Handmade Holiday Release<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here is a list of supplies I used on this card&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39oal\">Simon Says Stamp \u2013 Etched Frond Die<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/33uwz\">Simon Says Stamp \u2013 Blending Brushes<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39ob2\">Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink Set #2<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39oah\"><strong>Simon Says Stamp Pawsitively Saturated Ink \u2013 Field<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3320f\"><strong>Simon Says Stamp &#8211; Tiny Words Sentiment<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/31eix\"><strong>Simon Says Stamp \u2013 Big Momma foam Tape<\/strong><\/a><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/31mmx\">Tsukineko GOLDEN GLITZ Delicata Ink Pad<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/330wl\">Gina K Connect Glue<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/2yvmk\">Neenah Solar White 80 lb Card stock<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/2y28v\">Neenah Classic Crest 110 lb card stock \u2013 card ba<\/a><\/strong>se<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I started by taking a panel of <strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/2y28v\">Neenah Classic Crest 110 lb card stock<\/a><\/strong> and cutting it down to a A2 sized panel. I then started at the upper right hand corner and began slowly tearing the panel towards my self, to create that really beautiful edge. I did the same on the other side. I set the panel aside. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I grabbed a panel of <strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/2yvmk\">Neenah Solar White 80 lb Card stock<\/a><\/strong> and my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39oal\">Etched Frond Die<\/a><\/strong> and cut the frond out using my die cutting machine. Once I had the frond cut, I used a sponge dauber and my <a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/31mmx\"><strong>Delicata Ink Pad<\/strong><\/a> to apply ink to the center of the frond. Once I had the desired amount, I then grabbed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/39oah\">Field<\/a><\/strong> and a blending brush and gentle added the green onto the edges. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once I was all blended, I grabbed <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/330wl\">Gina K Connect Glue<span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> <\/span><\/a><\/strong> and glued the frond down to the panel I tore. Once I had it placed I grabbed the <a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3320f\"><strong>&#8220;You are so Kind&#8221; <\/strong><\/a> sentiment from the Tiny Words set and stamped it in the bottom corner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was here that I realized I glued and stamped on the wrong side of the panel. I really wanted to see that more live edge of the paper tearing, but sadly, it was too late. I went with it and added my foam tape onto the back and then aligned it up to the card base. I am so happy with how simple this card is, yet so beautiful!
