I started by grabbing the Hawaiian Shirt Stencil<\/a><\/strong> and my Lime Chroma Glaze<\/a><\/strong>. I also grabbed my Stamp and Stick mat <\/a><\/strong>and adhered my A2 panel of Not your mama<\/strong>‘s<\/a> cardstock and added it and the stencil to my mat. I very carefully used a spatula to swipe my chroma glaze<\/a><\/strong> onto the stencil. Once I was happy, I removed the stencil, set the panel away to let it dry. I gave it a couple hours, mostly because I was busy with other things. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I came back, the glaze was completely dry, but the lovely thing about gilded flakes<\/a><\/strong> is they love to stick to all the things (and fly away with any breath!). These flakes<\/a><\/strong> can be a challenge to work with, BUT are absolutely worth it. I very carefully began to press and rub the flakes randomly around the glaze<\/a><\/strong>. Rubbing the flakes<\/a><\/strong> really helped set them. When I was happy with the placement, I added foam tape to the back of the panel and then added it to my card base<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I grabbed some cardstock and the congrats sentiment and embossed it with Gilded embossing powder<\/a><\/strong> and then fussy cut it and the shadow backing out. I added some foam tape and placed it on the panel and finished it with gold confetti<\/strong><\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
