I offset the stencil to create a diagonal orientation and then tapped it down using painters tape. I did this because I didn&#8217;t want to blend off the edges onto the panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I started with my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3k1vw\">Tidepool<\/a><\/strong> ink, and then went rainbow order being sure to blend over the previous color to get a nice blend. I also ended with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3k1vw\">Tidepool<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I then grabbed my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/products\/glitter-glaze-fallen-snow?_pos=1&amp;_sid=0679eee35&amp;_ss=r&amp;aff=132\">Brutus Monroe &#8211; Glitter Glaze Fallen Snow<\/a> <\/strong>and very carefully swiped it over the inks. I made sure to get the best coverage on the first swipe. These inks are water reactive and I didn&#8217;t want them moving too much and get mucked up. I set the panel aside to dry and quickly washed my stencil and mat. I used warm water and spray and foam dish soap to clean these tools. I use a very light circle motion with my hand for the stamp and stick mat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I then grabbed the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/products\/radiant-rainbow-6x8-stamp-set?_pos=6&amp;_sid=49c68a470&amp;_ss=r&amp;aff=132\">Radiant Rainbow<\/a><\/strong> stamp set and stamped the largest rainbow in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/products\/raven-ink-pad-reinker-bundle?_pos=3&amp;_sid=c58182dc8&amp;_ss=r&amp;aff=132\">Raven Black Ink<\/a><\/strong> and then immediately sprinkled it with <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.brutusmonroe.com\/products\/embossing-powder-fairy-dust?_pos=1&amp;_sid=2c24b817a&amp;_ss=r&amp;aff=132\">Fairy Dust Embossing Powder<\/a><\/strong>. I heat set the image for a nice shiny sparkle!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the panel was dry, I smooshed a little <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/34p6z\">Distress Oxide Ink &#8211; Black Soot<\/a><\/strong> onto my surface and watered it down. I used a large round brush and flicked the panel with a medium amount of splatter.
