I used my <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3ovy7\">Stamp and Stick mat<\/a><\/strong> to keep the paper and stencil in place while I swiped the Chroma Glaze over the paper. I set it aside to dry. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I then grabbed the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3p3ro\">Fall Florals<\/a><\/strong> set and a piece of the same card stock. I inked it up using <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3p3ry\">Brutus Monroe &#8211; Clear Embossing Ink<\/a><\/strong> and sprinkled some <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3p3rs\">Brutus Monroe Embossing Powder &#8211; Sterling<\/a><\/strong> and then heat set it. I then grabbed my colored pencils and began coloring the images all different colors. when using a dark card stock, I like to start with a light pressured layer of white colored pencil. I then go in lightly with the colors using the light to dark method and then increase my pressure when I am going back to light. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once I had them all colored, I fussy cut them out. By then my panel was dry so I trimmed it down to a 5.25 x 4 and used a tape runner to adhere it to my card base. I then began layering the images using various layers of foam tape. Once I was happy, I finished the card using some <a href=\"https:\/\/shrsl.com\/3p3ru\"><strong>Studio Katia &#8211; Satin Silver Pearls<\/strong><\/a>.
