Boy, am I late to this card kit! Having a little one in July made it difficult for me to get crafty. But no worries! The nice thing about Simon Says Stamp’s Card Kits is that most of the supplies can be purchased individually (if still available). I also made my FIRST Slim Line card! Its not a common size, as I I was trying to math (first problem) and got off. The final card dimensions ended up being 3 X 7 inches. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All the cards I made with this kit used the included Vicki Boutin patterned paper (which is currently not available and I am SO SAD! I loved the papers in this kit). The Just Miss You<\/strong><\/a> set is perfect, especially since we are still dealing with social distancing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I picked out three matching distress oxide inks to blend on the Sending Smiles<\/a><\/strong> die cut. I used Abandoned Coral<\/a>, Ripe Persimmon<\/a> <\/strong>and Cracked Pistachio<\/a>. <\/strong>I cut out a couple additional die cuts to pop it up! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’m really happy with how this card came together! I’ll either have to make a custom envelope or hand the card to someone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
