Have you had a chance to play with the new Tim Holtz Kitsch Flamingo<\/a><\/strong> Distress ink color? Its thee PERFECT flamingo pink! So of course I paired it with Simon’s One Cool Pineapple set from a card kit a couple years ago that included this adorable flamingo. I used the Simon Says Stamp Mix and Match stencil<\/a><\/strong> with Squeezed Lemonade Distress Oxide Ink <\/a><\/strong>and Kitsch Flamingo.<\/a> <\/strong> I rotated the stencil to ensure that the yellow peeked out behind the pink. I then used my Caran d’Ache <\/a><\/strong> pencils to color the flamingo. Added some gold pearls and viola! I apparently need to throw my black ink pad away as I noticed its leaving little black smudges when I use it. Good thing I have a back up that I should have used, Gina K Amalgam Ink<\/a><\/strong>! That’s going to be my go to from now on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
