Hello! I am bringing you a Miss You<\/strong> card today using Simon Says Stamp products (I am an affiliate!<\/em>) I started by picking out a stamp set to you (one I hadn’t used at all!) and pulled out the You Have My Heart<\/a> <\/strong>set from SSS. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grabbed a 4.25 x 5.5 inch piece of Distress Water Color Paper<\/a><\/strong> and tapped it down to my water color board and grabbed my Zig Kuretake Gansai Tambi 48 COLOR Set<\/a><\/strong>. I picked out the colors Purple (N0. 37) and Ultramarine Pale (NO. 61) and started creating a gradient of color starting with the purple into the ultramarine pale. I did three layers of color with air drying in between. Once I had the right depth to the color, I grabbed a 3-D embossing folder from We R Memory Keepers and embossed my panel. I finished it with a spritz of Shimmer Spray<\/a><\/strong> (this is similar to the one I used). I then trimmed the white boarder from the tape off. Next, I used the You Have My Heart<\/a><\/strong> set and stamped one of the dies and used the coordinating die to cut it out. I left it black and white to allow the background to really shine! I finished the card with a Miss You Die<\/a><\/strong> and some gems from Trinity Stamps in Silver Satin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
