My first card on my blog! Bear with me as I learn how to navigate the blogdom realm.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I was so inspired by the paper in the June Simon Says Stamp card kit that I made quite a few cards with it, but really fell in love with this patterned paper!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started by taping the background panels together.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, I used the <\/em>Beautiful Butterflies<\/a> set included in the kit and heat embossed a butterfly on vellum with white embossing powder.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then, I used sentiments from the Simon Says Stamp set <\/em>Tiny words birthday set<\/a> and finished the card with <\/em>Studio Katia gold pearls<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I really fell in love with the simplicity of this card and it\u2019s beauty.<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
