Hello! I am so thankful to be apart of the new release from Simon Says Stamp called “Rainbows<\/strong><\/a>“. Simon sent me the beautiful Roseville Bouquet<\/a> <\/strong>to play with and make beaautiful cards to share with you today! I ended up making four beauties. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting with this beautiful card where I used Distress Oxide Sprays<\/a><\/strong> on Distress Watercolor paper<\/a><\/strong> after embossing it with the Roseville Bouquet<\/a><\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I used the colors Seedless Preserves,<\/a><\/strong> Mustard Seed<\/strong><\/a> and Salvaged Patina<\/a><\/strong>. I sprayed away until my heart was content! When I felt like the color looked good, I took my Nuvo Antique Gold Mica Spray<\/a> <\/strong>and tapped the straw on my finger after unscrewing it. One of the things you have to remember with distress sprays<\/strong><\/a> is to let it be. This looked completely different when I stopped spraying vs. when I came back to it later. It’s a completely different look! I love how this looked like I layered paint on top of each other. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I love how the color gathered around the image!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I added a gold frame and a Sentiment from the Reverse Sentiment from the Encouraging Words set. <\/a><\/strong> Love these sprays and cannot wait to try a few different ideas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
