Hello! I have another card for you today using the July Card Kit from Simon Says Stamp!<\/strong> <\/a>Included in this kit was a BRAND NEW AND BEAUTIFUL Blossom Field embossing folder<\/a><\/strong>! So naturally, I had to break out my Distress Oxide Sprays<\/a><\/strong> and Distress Watercolor Paper<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this one, I started by going direct to dry paper with Cracked Pistachio<\/a> <\/strong>and Lucky Clover Distress Oxide Sprays<\/a>. <\/strong>I started with the Lucky Clover<\/a><\/strong> then followed up with the Cracked Pistachio<\/a>. <\/strong>I then let the panel air dry to work its magic!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once it was mostly dry, but still damp, I ran it through my Gemini using the Blossom Field embossing folder<\/a><\/strong>. Using it while the paper was slightly damp gave me the most beautiful embossed panel! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I then grabbed my Gold Pigment Ink Pad<\/a><\/strong> and ever so slightly ran it over the embossed image to KISS it with ink. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I had a coordinating cardstock color and layered a punched out circle with vellum and edged the green cardstock with gold ink as well and added a happy birthday sentiment from the Garden Greetings Stamp Set<\/a>. <\/strong>I love being able to make these milestone birthday cards for special individuals! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
