I had the great pleasure of being apart of Simon Says Stamp<\/a>‘s new release Send Happiness and oh boy, its a good one! I received the Thoughtful Flowers<\/a> to play with. I’m sharing the first one below! To see the whole release, click here. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The florals in the set are gorgeous! So I wanted to highlight them, by doing a simple spotlight back ground with Distress Inks (In Squeezed Lemonade and Peacock Feathers) over a stencil that I rotated slightly between colors. After stamping the florals in SSS Intense Black Ink<\/a>, I carefully cut them out, leaving a slight white border. I glued them flat to the card and added some Tonic crystal drops in Seashell<\/a>. I included a sentiment from the set and all done! Loved how simple this card was and so easy to mass produce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
