Spellbinders – KOM for August

Hello crafty friends! I have a card for you today using the new August Card Kit of the Month! This kit us full of some much rainbow awesomness!!!

Here is a list of supplies used…

• Spellbinders Card Kit of the Month Subscription
• Neenah Solar White 110 lb Card Stock – Card base
• Simon Says Stamp – Dot Tape Runner
• Simon Says Stamp – Big Momma Foam Tape
• Random clear sequins

I started by laying out all the die cuts so I could look them over and find ones that I wanted to use. I settled on this “Do your thing” tag. It was a little small for my card front so I backed it with a larger white tag from a stash of random tags I had. I cut the tag down to have a bottom layer to match as close to the other sides of the tag. Once I did that, I used the included paper pack to find this cute half dot patterned paper. I thought the card needed a little more oomph, and I didn’t want to have so much white, so I used the included mirror gold card stock and cut it down to a A2 panel. I then glued the the gold on using the Simon Says Stamp – Dot Tape Runner, and then did the same to the patterned paper.

I then backed the top tag with Simon Says Stamp – Big Momma Foam Tape and then glued the two to the from of the pattered paper. I included the friend sticker from the kit, some random sequins and viola!
