Hello crafty friends! I have a card for you today where I only added inks, scissors, adhesives and embossing powder to complete the card. I wanted to use as much of the existing Sunshine Flowers Kit as possible! The card kit is sold out, but you can buy all the supplies separately with Simon Says Stamp!
Here is a list of supplies I used on the card…
- Simon Says Stamp September Card Kit – Sunshine Flowers
- Simon Says Stamp – Large Blending Brushes
- Simon Says Stamp Ink – Key Lime
- Simon Says Stamp Ink – Duckling
- Simon Says Stamp Ink – Burnt Orange
- Simon Says Stamp Ink – Sparrow
- Simon Says Stamp – White Embossing Powder
- Simon Says Stamp Dot Tape Roller
- Simon Says Stamp – Big Momma foam Tape
- Gina K Connect Glue
- Neenah Classic Crest 110 lb card stock – card base
I started by using the Sunflower and leave stamp from one of the stamp sets included in this kit. I stamped them on the Yellow paper that was included in the kit and embossed them with Simon Says Stamp – White Embossing Powder. I then went to work fussy cutting the images out.
I then used the inks to blend onto the images. For the Sunflowers I used all four colors and for the leaves I only used Key Lime letting the yellow paper shine through to create a yellow green effect.
After I was done, I took a sheet of the green cardstock that was included and glued them down using Gina K Connect Glue. To create dimension, I decided to pop up the Sunflowers using Simon Says Stamp – Big Momma foam Tape.
I then used the included stickers to use as the sentiments that finished the card!
